Responsibilities

Assistive Technology Technician (Senior). Provides on-site support for the ATC and remote support for assistive technology customers. Assists employees and managers in finding accessible solutions for users with unique desktop accessibility requirements, acquires and installs approved tools, and assists system developers with compliance testing. Provides hands-on try-outs and education for deaf, hard of hearing, or mobility, visual, or cognitively disabled. Provides remote and desktop support including equipment setup and configuration and training. Program: EPA ESSET

 

Qualifications

High School 6-9 years (or commensurate experience)
