Responsibilities

 

Assistive Technology Technician (SME). Leads on-site support for the Assistive Technology Center (ATC) and remote support for assistive technology customers. Assists employees and managers in finding accessible solutions for users with unique desktop accessibility requirements, facilitates tool acquisition and installation, and provides a test environment for compliance testing. Provides hands-on try-outs and education for deaf, hard of hearing, or mobility, visual, or cognitively disabled. Provides remote and desktop support including equipment setup and configuration and training. Program: EPA ESSET

 

Qualifications

 

High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
