GovCIO is currently looking for Cloud Engineering Support for our client.  The position is located In Washington, DC and can be fully remote or a hybrid schedule.


  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive weekly reporting on ongoing support activities for our portfolio of Cloud products including Microsoft 365 and Adobe (as well as other products in the future).
  • Work with our client’s Cloud Application Division’s customers and technical partners throughout the Judiciary to assess technical issues, provide direct support where possible, and manage issues escalated to Microsoft on behalf of the customer.
  • Participate in a larger team of support staff to provide insight into ongoing work as well as trends that should be addressed proactively.
  • Participate in team activities to evaluate the impact and to provide proactive advisement to downstream customers when new features and capabilities are provisioned into our environment.
  • Participate in team activities to evaluate risk, solutions, and implementation when vulnerabilities and configuration flaws are discovered.



Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's with 10+ years  or Master’s degree and 7 years or experience (or commensurate experience)
  • Minimum 10 years experience supporting cloud technologies (i.e. Microsoft 365 and Adobe)
  • Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire AOUSC Public Trust

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Federal or State courts experience

Posted Pay Range


The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay range: $110,000 - $120,000 Annually
