Responsibilities

  • Manages the development, maintenance, implementation and administrative activities associated with computer-based projects.
  • Ability to manage or supervise data processing operations.
  • Responsible for providing technical direction to a group of 15 to 25 computer specialists who design, develop, and implement computer applications.
  • Ability to evaluate workload and schedule and assign personnel accordingly.
  • Well developed human relations and communication skills.
  • Has contact with consultants, software contracts, and equipment vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years from an accredited university in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Processing, etc.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
