Responsibilities

 

As a Corporate Help Desk Technician, you will perform duties in support of a wide variety of IT issues for our end-users. Using our ITSM system with monitored SLAs the Help Desk Technician will follow strict ITIL and ISO 20000-1 guidelines. The candidate will be well-versed in Windows operating systems with hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user technology problems. 

 

Typical requests include:

  •  PC, laptop, desktop, and software issues
  • Installation and configuration
  • Windows 10, MacOS a plus, MS Office (O365), Email, MS Teams, Active Directory
  • Phone support
  • User Account Management
  • VTC setup and support for meetings

 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s with 2-5 years
  • A minimum 3 years experience as a Help Desk Technician
  • Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Hands-on Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office including O365 installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Basic Network troubleshooting skills including Wireless and LAN
  • Experience using ITSM system with SLA’s (ManageEngine a plus)
  • Experience utilizing Bitlocker or other encryption tools
  • Experience with inventory management, receiving, ticket routing and ticket QA

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work a 10 am – 6 pm or 11 am– 7 pm shift a plus.

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)

$55,000-$60,000
