Responsibilities
The Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)/Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Manager will:
- Supports company development, implementation, training and updates of policies and procedures for procurement and manages the policies, procedures, and procurement performance standards
- Serves as the primary liaison with CPSR team for CPSR audit
- Leads peer reviews in support of CPSR audit requirements and of subcontract and purchase order files to ensures all required documentation is completed and filed in accordance with procurement policy
- Creates and implements quality controls to pass company internal control testing, company internal audit and CPSR audit
- Provides regulatory guidance to all stakeholders on procurement activities
- Reviews and resolves all issues effecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, Company, and customer objectives related to procurement and all GWAC reporting requirements
- Develops and maintains internal and external customer relationships
- Negotiates changes to GWAC Schedule and adheres to all reporting requirements
- Coordinates and provides guidance to our Joint Venture and Mentor Protégé partners for GSA Schedules
- Serves as the primary POC for GSA Schedule/GWAC audits and provides timely responses to data calls
- Reviews TO RFQs and works closely with the BU Contracts and pursuit teams to provide guidance and support for task order proposals under the GSA Schedules and GWACs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)
- Ability to work independently under minimal guidance and meet deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of and experience working with GSA Schedules and GWACs
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with CPSR
- Extensive knowledge of FAR and DFARs
- Ability to Perform contract negotiations
- Contract analysis
- Contract administration
- Proposal preparation
- Customer contact related to contract acquisition and fulfillment
- Ability to prepare and manages NDA, TA, and RFI responses.

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
$120,000-$130,000
