  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, technical leads, architects, and developers to communicate any data inaccuracies, defects, delays, and inconsistencies and support the Agile development process
  • Provide support and training to the end-user community; provide resolutions for users by walking the user through a series of root cause analyses (RCA) to determine the cause of a problem
  • Triage requests to identify data quality issues and query data using SQL and other methods. This role ensures problem ownership and promotes end-user satisfaction
  • Create and maintain training resources (manuals, job aides, reference guides, webinars, websites, knowledge base articles) to support ongoing training using a number of mediums: Adobe, PowerPoint, video, Word, SharePoint, etc.
  • Interface with other teams on behalf of the Center of Excellence team to improve processes and relationships, ensuring end-user buy-in and satisfaction
  • Assist to create training tailored to the end users’ needs by utilizing in-class training, webinars, or any other training methods
  • Provide the business and data analyst community with knowledge, skills, and abilities to utilize data analytics reporting tools effectively
  • Execute change management effectively by promoting the systems’ usefulness among the user community
  • Analyze and address any end user reporting requests
  • Evaluate training needs to support the development of learning objectives; collaborate with managers and subject matter experts on the learning objectives, content, and delivery of proposed courses

  • Create ad hoc reports as needed
  • Gather, analyze, translate, and compose technical information into clear readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel



Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred – Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience with 5 – 8 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience with SQL skills
  • Working knowledge of Agile development and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience reviewing, preparing and/or maintaining system, operations, and training documentation with input from team members
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable for non-technical audiences through text and other media
  • Ability to manage own work, multi-task, and prioritize; highly organized, deadline oriented, quality focused

Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government agency Suitability Clearance. USCIS Entry on Duty (EOD) preferred.

Location: Reston, VA – Currently fully remote due to COVID-19

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Databricks, SAS, and/ or Tableau preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with JIRA or similar tool
  • Experience of working with Maestro Confluence
  • Understanding of technical and technology terms and processes
