Responsibilities
In support of O&M for the USAID Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems (ITIS) program, the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for Operations will partner with the Program Manager to manage an integrated, high performing team to provide efficient program governance facilitated by open communication and cross-organizational collaboration. The DPM of Operations will lead the Infrastructure & Operations, Invetory/Asset Management, Device Management, Cyber Security, and Service Desk teams. The DPM of Operations will be responsible for measuring and monitoring our performance against SLAs.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Active secret clearance
- Possess a Bachelors and a minimum of 12 years of experience managing IT Enterprise Operations and managing/leading enterprise operations center staff performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and DR requirements in an environment similar in size scope and complexity to the solicitation.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed network infrastructure.
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more personnel performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and Disaster Recovery requirements.
- Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.
- Experience executing requirements using the Risk Management Framework.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.
- Experience deploying and operating secure systems.
- Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.
- Experience overseeing the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.
