Responsibilities

Desktop Support Lead . Develops technology refresh plans ensuring effective refresh of 25 percent of EPA’s serviced seats annually. Identifies and ensures the effective communications to end-users and appropriate stakeholders related to computer refreshes. Coordinates with desktop technicians to effectively image and deploy refreshed equipment. Ensures all assets associated with computer refresh efforts are appropriately tracked and replaced computer equipment is sanitized and disposed in accordance with EPA policies. Works with the Service Delivery Manager and Customer Journey Lead to incorporate user feedback to inform refresh plans. Program: EPA ESSET

 

Qualifications

 

High School with 3 – 6 years (or commensurate experience)

 

Salary: $105,000 – 115,000

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
