Responsibilities

Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.

 

1.Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics.
2.Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.
3.Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components.
4.Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting.
5.Travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School with 6 – 9 years (or commensurate experience)

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
