Responsibilities
The Director, HRIS plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the HRIS policies, and activities. The Director analyzes current business needs and requirements and subsequently develops and implements HRIS processes and programs to meet these needs. Additionally, the HRIS Director aligns with the strategy of the organization.
- Provides analytical HR reports and makes recommendations to the Senior Vice President of HR.
- Leads and directs the HRIS team.
- Partners with other department leads to develop and implement effective and efficient HR system workflows, processes, programs, and reports to support the needs and goals of these departments.
- Audits system data on a routine basis for accuracy, security, data integrity & compliance; may include internal & external audits of system data.
- Analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs.
- Monitors and enhances service delivery standards to ensure agreed-upon standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Ensures the integrity of internal database files, tables and reports
- Resolves escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Oversees the development and implementation of end-user training and product enhancements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience leading a systems team.
- Bachelor’s with 15+ years or (commensurate experience) information business systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with ADP WFN and RM, and Costpoint.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to continually changing business and work environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to organize own work and set priorities with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Goal oriented with senior project management experience.
- Attention to detail with accuracy.
- Language Skills: Effective written and verbal communication
- Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Manages maintenance and accuracy of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting, and distribution.
- Monitors federal and state regulatory changes and their impact to HR systems
- Manages the relationship between the HRIS vendors and the organizations
- Develops and sustains appropriate controls to maintain and report on information.
- Oversees the development and implementation of end-user training and product enhancements.
- Establishes standard operating procedures, functional documentation, and system documentation.
- Acts as Project Lead on assigned HRIS projects related to implementations, designs, and deployments.
- Ensures the delivery of projects on time and on budget.
- Ensures that leadership team is fully informed of risks, issues, and challenges and provides solutions.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs of the Department in accordance with the company strategy; develops and executes best practices for attracting, recruiting, and hiring the right talent.
- Performs coaching, re-training, and discipline as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with iCIMS.

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
