Responsibilities
Enterprise Desktop Manager (Senior). Leads the delivery of deskside services and desktop engineering services. Oversees desktop technicians, premier support analysts, assistive technology technicians, and VDI administrators to ensure high end-user satisfaction with end-user computing devices, phones, and video conferencing equipment. Ensures responsive and effective troubleshooting and resolution of desktop-related incidents and problems, coordinating with escalated support teams as necessary. Ensures effective delivery of deskside services across all required EPA locations. Reviews and oversees the implementation of technology refresh plans, ensuring end-user devices are refreshed in accordance with EPA’s plans in a manner that minimizes disruption to end-users. Oversees the creation of high-quality desktop images and effective patching and updating of Windows OS and application SW. Program: EPA ESSET
Qualifications
High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
