GovCIO is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our growing team supporting Federal clients. The successful candidate will support the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) by providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 user provisioning and desktop support.

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting the following: 

  • Active Directory
  • Distribution and Security Group creation and modification
  • Account Management
  • ServiceNow – Enterprise Service Desk


Required Skills and Experience

  • Comfortable in a lean environment with a growing and evolving team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience with IT support.
  • Possessing or able to pass a Tier 2 Moderate Risk security background check.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a team

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
