GovCIO is currently hiring for an IAM EHRM Analyst to to serve as the primary provisioning analyst for the Electronic Health Record Modernization program. This position will be fully remote.


  • Develop and maintain IAM – EHRM Requirements Specification documents, integration Requirements Specification documents, and integration system design documents 
  • Lead IAM-EHRM integration analysis 
  • Coordinate elaboration of IAM - EHRM service requests to include meeting with EHRM applications, documenting use cases, and documenting requirements 
  • Develop and maintain IAM – EHRM use cases and activity diagrams 
  • Provide support to the IAM VA PMs for business and development/integration meetings 
  • Maintain requirements and requirements traceability in JIRA and the GitHub tool 
  • Support development of IAM-EHRM information briefings 
  • Support IAM - EHRM functionality demonstrations 


Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's with 8+ years (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
    • Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.  
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, UML, building Use Cases for and applying testability against requirements and specifications.  
  • Competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, GitHub, and JIRA 
  • Good communications, analytical, and writing skills.  
  • Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with VA Identity and Access Management identity functionality and integration processes 
  • Familiarity with Git Hub and JIRA 
  • Department of Veteran Affairs experience analyzing business and user needs and translating those needs into requirements specifications according to VA standards.

  • VA clearance (Public Trust) and access

Posted Pay Range


The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 Annually
