Responsibilities

Support software development project working with interdisciplinary teams

Acts as a direct escalation point for Incidents from the Incident Management Support Team

Undertake all communications related to management of Incidents and resolving conflicts

Identifying and documenting key risks/process issues or concerns observed during the management of the Incident for handover to Problem management

Interfaces with key stakeholders in a highly pressurized environment, with the ability to engage professionals across a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority


Qualifications

High School with 6 – 9 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

 

Must have a valid DoD Secret security clearance

Exceptional communications – spoken, written, active listening, and general body language

Outstanding critical thinking abilities

Experience with project management software, i.e., Jira and Confluence

Excellent analytical skills are required

Experience leading teams to support meeting a contractual service level agreement

Experience with Problem Management

Curious, polite, professional, and engaging interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

2 or more years performing Incident Management duties
