GOVCIO seeks a Marine Instructor/Trainer to support our Royal Saudi Marine Forces (RSMF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. The Instructor/Trainer will report to the Senior Marine Instructor in providing RSMF personnel training on tactics, techniques, processes, and procedures relating to gunnery, urban warfare, and other operations.
Specific Duties/Job Requirements
Plan and prepare instructional services necessary to conduct Marine Forces classroom training and OJT in-Kingdom for the Royal Saudi Marine Forces (RSMF) using facilities and instructional materials provided by the RSMF. Additionally, the contractor shall perform the following services:
Provide and maintain a qualified staff of management, instructors, and administrative assistance to support the Marine Forces Training program at RSMF locations. The primary instruction location(s) include but are not limited to the RSMF base located in Ras Al Ghar Military Post – Jubail.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience instructing students in military programs)
Required Skills and Experience
Provide training on instruction topics that include but are not limited to the following:
- Marksmanship Concepts and weapon handling – No Live Fire allowed.
- Patrol procedures
- Tactics
- Operations Defensive and Offensive
- Urban Warfare
- Land Navigation
- Leadership
Must be a US citizen or Saudi National.
Preferred Skills and Experience
US Marine Drill Instructor
RSMF Drill Instructor (or equivalent)
3 – 5 years in curriculum development
