Responsibilities 

  • Lead delivery of IT support services for core enterprise systems, networking and database
  • Bridge current operating environment with DevSecOps and Agile at scale capabilities
  • Institutionalize standard DevSecOps and Agile processes
  • Modernize TCI’s management approach and processes
  • Maintain the integrity and availability of TCI systems, database applications, and networks
  • Maintain on-call support posture to address scheduled, unscheduled operational issues and provide remote or on-site support as needed
  • Collaborate with DEA management to understand upcoming requirements
  • Develop task level staffing plan
  • Assign team members as necessary to execute DEA approved plans
  • Keep plan synced with changing DEA priorities
  • Report status to DEA management formally and informally
  • Conduct daily scrum meetings

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • 5+ years experience with infrastructure support in one or more of: systems administration, database administration, networking 
  • Scrum and/or SAFeLead certified or able to acquire certification(s) within 3 to 6 months
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Team and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and adjust team direction
  • Critical thinker, ability to work collaboratively to analyze solutions and establish an agile-based implementation plan
  • Experience discussing plans and reporting status to stakeholders
  • Experience with project and team management tools, e.g., Webex, Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow

 

Desired Qualifications 

 

  • DevSecOps experience
  • Experience working in cloud environments
