Responsibilities

 

Provides clients advice and technological solutions to support clients’ demands. Work performed includes technology integration or process improvement for a variety of business functions. Requires extensive research of clients’ needs and capabilities. Performs various analyses such as risk management and cost-benefit analysis. Also utilizes modeling, various measuring techniques, and economic disciplines to determine solutions. Plans and coordinates solution integration, implementation, and testing.

 

  • Meets and interacts with clients to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Develops functional and system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Identifies tools that help the client share information, manage processes, and convert raw data into information to manage processes and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Must be knowledgeable of current Oracle EBS R12 technological advancements and solutions.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) of hands on Oracle technical development experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)
  • Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development, including experience working with CEMLIs (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration)
  • Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials R12 (any version over 12.2, preferably 12.2.10 or above)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
  • Possesses development experience in key Oracle modules such as AR, AP, GL, PO, and CLM.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

 

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Approvals Management Engine (AME)
  • Experience working in the public sector industry
  • 2+ years of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience performing enhancements, troubleshooting production issues, data-fixes, and critical patches
  • 2+ years of business knowledge around Federal Government acquisitions services and contracting processes
  • Experience with working with Oracle Service Requests and RFCs
  • Experience with working with Oracle Managed Cloud Services

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)

$130,000-160,000
