GovCIO is currently hiring for Dashboard Developer to join our USAID PMO team. The PMO Governance Dashboard Developer will function as an integral member of the PMO Support team. Overall, the USAID PMO Support Team is responsible to providing project management/system development lifecycle (SDLC) governance support for the USAID M/CIO. These responsibilities include development, training, and implementation of standard PMO practice guides, templates, and tools.


The PMO Dashboard Developer will work closely with the PMO team at large, specifically in fine tuning the back-end dashboard development, ensuring all project manager data, health, variances, etc are accurately reported on the enterprise dashboard. This resource will also be expected to provide Project Management specific support, specifically experience providing project oversight and mentoring of PMs.


 Examples of anticipated work activity:

  • Provide back-end development of the PMO Tableau Dashboard
  • Work closely with the PMO Team, and other stakeholders, for project oversight, coaching project managers and providing performance reporting.
  • Report on progress to contract and government management
  • Provide SDCL and Agile Project Management support


  • Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • Experienced Professional with combined 8+ years within the fields of software development and project governance.
  • Proficient with Tableau and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of and experience with creating robust PMO dashboards, indicating critical project health metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile processes. 
  • Ability to align detailed tasks with the big picture.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor your messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship, Secret Clearance

Posted Pay Range


The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually
