Responsibilities
Procurement Manager.
- Supports timely and accurate procurement activities across the TO, including year-end procurements and purchases of tools and ODCs.
- Prepares the Procurement Report deliverable that includes information on new RIPs, costs, and relevant dates.
- Facilitates completion of pre-RIP templates and schedules discovery meetings with contractor and government stakeholders in preparation for upcoming procurements
- Implements purchasing processes consistent with the TO requirements, FAR requirements, and DCMA practices.
- Uses provided templates and routes them for review and OITO TPOC and FEDSIM COR concurrence via the EPA-provided system.
- Works collaboratively with OITO POC and FEDSIM COR to manage property accountability, including license acceptance.
- Manages all active and projected procurement activities, maintaining a full time phased inventory of each
- Tracks all active and projected procurement activities against available CLIN funding and ceiling, requesting additional funding from the FEDSIM COR and OITO TPOC as needed
- Works with GovCIO program control team to support accruals, customer cost projections, and internal cost accounting requirements
- Works with internal legal team and program for review of EULA for software procurements
- Interfaces with appropriate corporate resources for purchase requisition approvals and purchase order submission to vendors
Qualifications
High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
$110,160.00 – 140,000

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
