In this role you will work as a senior-level Project Lead/Architect for Federal Government customer leading team(s) in the development of on prem and cloud based Applications using Java, Oracle & other web technologies under direct supervision of the Project Manager in an Agile / Scrum environment



  • Bachelor’s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • 8 + years of experience as a Team Lead directing teams of developers to design and implement complex applications on prem and in the cloud and providing guidance for the overarching architecture of the resulting applications
  • 8 + years of experience as a full stack developer. 
  • 8 + years of experience in Oracle Database Application Server 11g/12c, Oracle 12c Database, Oracle 12c SOA, XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP/JAX-WS) and Operating Systems (Linux and Windows). 
  • 5+ years of experience with Spring, Struts, JSP and JavaScript. 
  • 5+ years of application development using Java 8/11/17, Kafka, Spring and AWS technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with Hibernate and Native SQL’s
  • 3+ years of recent experience with front end technologies like HTML5, Java Script, Jquery/React and CSS
  • Analysis, classification and maintenance of system data and data relationships. Develop data models necessary to support a system’s functions and operations.  
  • Convert design specifications into software modules using industry standard programming methodologies. 
  • Experience in working with GIT and its life cycle management. 
  • Experience in utilizing Agile methodologies. 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
