Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a single point of contact who is authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. The Program Manager is responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. The Program Manager is responsible for overall contract cost, performance and schedule requirements. The PM shall conduct monthly meetings with the COR and NSD Leadership to review contract status and performance. Responsible for developing work plans and deliverables as required.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required. Relevant experience can be substituted for education.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
- TS/SCI Clearance eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- MS/MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related disciplines
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
