Responsibilities

 

Quality Performance Manager (Senior). Ensure all required deliverables are high-quality products and the contract team is meeting or exceeding the acceptable quality levels for each performance requirement. Analyze daily, weekly monthly, and annual performance data to determine trends, needs and emergencies. Report on ongoing, special, and emergency metrics and resolution. Implement plans to improve performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting processes. Meet with all teams and management to identify and resolve obstacles. Program: EPA ESSET

 

Qualifications

High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
