Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that candidates have a top notch recruiting experience.  This role will work closely with Hiring Managers, Candidates, Recruiting and HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Works with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to troubleshoot any issues with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes.
  • Trains hiring managers on entering requisitions and other processes within the ATS.
  • Ensures that all requisitions are compliant before being posted.
  • Ensures that job postings are posted to the job boards and tracked appropriately.
  • Provides recruiting metrics and reports as needed.
  • Works closely with the Onboarding coordinator once an offer is accepted.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).  Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong HRIS experience and MS Office (specifically Excel) is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service and ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments is required.

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)

$23.00-$25.00
