Responsibilities

The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst will work across the entire program to ensure that customer expectations are met, and contractual deliverables are on time. This role is also responsible for ensuring that everyone on the program is compliant with the guidelines defined by the customer.

  • Facilitate, track, and archive all necessary activities and documentation for onboarding personnel to the program.
  • Maintain repository for program documents.
  • Track training and certification status to ensure that personnel remain compliant with program requirements.
  • Communicate with customer and personnel to stay up to date on all new processes and procedures for program support.
  • Track all required deliverables and ensure delivery and customer acceptance
  • Develop processes and procedures, as necessary, to meet the changing requirements of the program.
  • Support the operational area leads with program level activities and facilitate cross functional support

Qualifications

  • High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • Active Secret clearance.

Required Skills and Experience  

  • 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years supporting a Program Management Office.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working in a DoD (Department of Defense) program environment.
  • Familiar with Project Management principles and with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Project Management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

**Salary $122k-$150k**
