Responsibilities

Requirements Analyst (SME). Identifies and documents ESSET service requirements that influence IT Service Strategy. Translates EPA’s IT strategic goals, commitments, and objectives into requirements and associates requirements with relevant systems. Maintains a complete and accurate service pipeline of all IT services under consideration or development and a service catalog of all operational services. Program: EPA ESSET

Qualifications

High School 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
