  • Facilitate and document the discovery and design phases of new product development including analyzing the customer needs and finding the solutions to address them.
  • Work with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements and produce functional specifications.
  • Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
  • Preparing documents like wireframes, design flow, UI, etc., as and when required
  • Consult with subject matter experts and technical resources to understand feasibility of requests and solutions.
  • Work with the product owner to create and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Grooming the product backlog based on the prioritization provided by the product owner.
  • Organize and manage the scrum process and activities.
  • Unblock development team by obtaining clarification and approval from stakeholders.
  • Assist with end user documentation and training as needed.
  • Contribute to continual improvement of the software development process.





  • Bachelor’s Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • 8+ years working as part of an agile development team as a business analyst or scrum master.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Knowledge of Requirements Management tools, Microsoft Suite of products, AzureDevOps (ADO) and experience working with Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Working knowledge of key technical concepts such as modern backend applications, cloud-based systems, web services & frameworks, etc.;
  • Self-motivated, proven strength to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with multiple high priority tasks and ability to produce required deliverables working individually and/or in collaboration
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
