Responsibilities: 

 

Expert and specialized knowledge in Agile development functions. Extensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of Agile development and SAFe methodologies and their application to iterative software product development. Work is performed without discernible direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Supervises Agile team members in developing quality code and successful fulfillment of user stories assigned to each sprint. Coaches the team members in self-management and cross-functionality, helps the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done. Removes impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress. Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Assists the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Establishes empirical product planning for a complex environment. Facilitates stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years (or commensurate) experience. Holds Certified Scrum Master designation.
