Responsibilities

 

Security Architect (SME). Architects, engineers, integrates, develops and/or deploys security devices, applications and tools in an enterprise environment. Installs, tests, patches, and upgrades desktop computer hardware and operating systems in an enterprise environment. Ensures effective security compliance, including patching, encryption, configuration management, remote device management, reporting/visibility, and other Federal security compliance requirements. Ensures the effective operation of EPA’s antivirus and endpoint vulnerability management tools and technologies. Develops and maintains enterprise security policies and scripts to enforce security compliance. Implements and ensures the effective performance of EPA’s program for blocking unauthorized SW and removable media devices. Leads the engineering and implementation of trust management and zero trust security initiatives. Program: EPA ESSET

 

Qualifications

 

High School 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
