Responsibilities

  • Analyzes requirements to determine current needs and system functions
  • Develops plans for ADP system throughout the entire software development life cycle
  • Develops complete specifications to enable computer programmers to prepare required programs
  • May serve as a lead analyst providing supervision and technical guidance to other project members for particular software-related tasks

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of college from an accredited university in a related field, such as Computer Science, Data Processing, etc.
  • Eight (8) years of systems analysis/programming experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.

 

Required Skills:

  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
