DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide direction and supervision to a team of analysts and administrators.

· Initiate staff coordination and analysis of HR actions.

· Lead quality control reviews of team deliverables and correct accuracy/completeness errors.

· Plan, monitor, and control tasks based on recurring HR action cycles (e.g. performance appraisals, awards, etc.).

· Maintain detailed project and task trackers and provide regular status updates to the client.

· Develop processes, procedures, and job aids to standardize team functions and ensure continuity.

· Foster strong working relationships with HR business partners within the R&E Directorate and DHA HR.

· Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot HR risks and issues and develop courses of action for client decision.

· Train employees on HRMM team functions and tools.

· Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentations.

· Prepare, analyze, and visualize HR data to enable data-drive decision making.

· Maintain and HRMM SharePoint site and team records.

 

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Department of Defense Human Resources office, serving in a management/team lead role.

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

· Proven leadership and management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Familiarity with DoD HR Information Systems, structure, reporting requirements, and related protocols.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and other information management tools.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):

· Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification a plus but not required.

· Experience working within a Flag Officer/General Officer level organization.

· DHA work experience preferred
