    • Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks within the Oracle Database and Oracle GoldenGate environment.
    • Perform SQL query optimization and analyze AWR, ASH, and ADDM reports for performance tuning.
    • Automate database tasks, such as backups, scaling, and monitoring, using cloud-native tools (AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
    • Analyze database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and configurations for both on-prem and cloud databases.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and application development teams to design, deploy, and maintain database solutions that meet application requirements.
    • Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and application development teams to integrate databases with business applications.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Provide mentoring and support to junior database administrators and engineers.

  • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices for Oracle Database and Oracle GoldenGate environments.
    • Ensure database environments meet compliance requirements for security, auditing, and data protection.
