GovCIO has a contingent opening for a highly-organized and skilled Senior Project Analyst to assist in our mission-driven work processes team on a very large Health services contract. This is a vital coordination component around which program administration revolves.


  • Assisting project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Reviewing project management plans for feasibility and making recommendations for improvement
  • Working with various teams throughout the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project status at all times
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to gather information about their needs and expectations regarding projects
  • Preparing reports on project status and key activities to communicate with project sponsors or other stakeholders
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all materials needed for projects are available in a timely manner
  • Developing a schedule for the entire team working on a project, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Recommending solutions to potential problems before they arise

Qualifications for Project Manager

  • 5 years of work process and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful


  • Experience in managing work processes within this customer space.
