Service Level Management Specialist (Senior). Coordinates the development, delivery, refinement, and reporting of OLAs, SLRs, and SLAs. Establishes measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide additional granularity into performance. Works with the Service Delivery Manager and Customer Journey Lead to evolve SLAs to XLAs incorporating user input to measure and report on customer experience and value of services delivered. Manages, monitors, measures, and reports on the ongoing overall service delivery performance across all ESSET service areas. Facilitates the identification of opportunities for ESSET service improvements. Identifies capability gaps, along with potential remediation’s, related to service level monitoring, measurement, management, analysis, and reporting. Develops Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) related to planned service improvements, including planned milestones to validate improvement effectiveness. Program: EPA ESSET




High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
