Responsibilities

 

ServiceNow Architect (SME). As a member of the SRE Team, provides breadth of ServiceNow knowledge and ability to recommend long term solutions based on all ServiceNow offerings. Provides expert-level ServiceNow design and implementation support and assists with ServiceNow platform governance to advance ServiceNow capabilities and enable optimal configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow extensions. Identifies ServiceNow improvements that enable increased automation, use of AI/ML, and end-user self-help. Identifies and implements improvements related to ServiceNow workflows, low-code/no-code applications, user experience, and integrations with other IT management platforms. Draws upon ServiceNow best practices and lessons learned from comparable ServiceNow engagements across both the Federal Government and commercial implementations. Engages with stakeholders to vet potential ServiceNow improvements.

 

Qualifications

 

  • High School 15+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • Add Change user accounts, roles, and groups
  • Manages scheduled jobs and reports
  • Establish new domain instances of CONNECT
  • Manage notifications
  • Debugs issues
  • Tracks new ServiceNow technologies
  • Supports Customer demos and proposal activities
  • Tracks license compliance
  • Develops proofs-of-concept of ServiceNow technologies
  • Requires current ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, including domain separation
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
