  • Manage the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives
  • Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
  • Supervise professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines
  • Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish the results
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
  • Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Provide effective leadership in the planning and delivery of solutions across multiple client groups, work streams, and solution sets that meet or exceed contractual requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans consisting of milestones, detailed deliverables, resource estimates, and schedules for each major phase of a project.
  • Manage the execution, documentation and timely approval of project deliverables, while controlling scope, executing the change management process as needed.
  • Proactively identify, communicate and manage project risks and issues.
  • Establish and manage project cadence and governance including regularly scheduled status updates to Management Team and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across IT and business functions as needed to successfully deliver projects and programs.
  • Motivate project team members to achieve project goals, create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members
  • Prepare, distribute and maintain all project documentation according to established processes and methodology
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Assist program in complying with all company policies and procedures to include program management governance
  • Develop team members and provide ongoing professional guidance and direction
  • Identify, qualify, and assist with capture of new business opportunities
  • Provide support to the development of both technical and cost proposals to perspective task orders





  • Bachelor’s with 8+ years(or commensurate experience)
  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of related Government Contracting experience including managing multiple programs/projects and staff
  • 3+ years of experience managing IT systems and infrastructure, including operations and maintenance
  • Excellent verbal, written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences
  • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management and customers
  • Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent IT projects
  • Resourceful and creative in solving problems and overcoming obstacles
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required.





Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes, Business Intelligence, and/or Cybersecurity a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS, Informix, SAP Business Objects, SAP Data Services, IBM CDC, etc.
