Responsibilities

Interviews and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals, and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively. Submits qualified candidates to hiring managers based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes. Assists hiring managers in selecting the most qualified candidates and coordinates employment offers.

1. Collaborates with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions and develop staffing plans.
2. Communicates with hiring managers on the status of requisitions, candidate quality, and candidate pipeline.
3. Reviews and analyzes resumes using the company’s applicant tracking system
4. Evaluates candidate’s employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
5. Arranges management interviews.
6. May participate with management to develop job specifications, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary.
 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Full Life-cycle recruiting

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Corporate recruiting and experience recruiting for Government Contractor.
  • ATS experience (ADP RM, iCIMS, etc)

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)
