Corporate Philanthropy Program

GovCIO Gives Back

GovCIO is dedicated to giving back to the communities where we live and work. Our philanthropic efforts focus on meaningful partnerships with non-profits, charitable giving, employee volunteerism, and supporting our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in their outreach initiatives.

We proudly support organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Susan G. Komen, and the NIH Children’s Inn, while also collaborating with chambers of commerce, academic institutions, and government agencies to strengthen local communities. Through events, donations and volunteer opportunities, we strive to make a positive impact and address critical challenges facing society today.

Social Responsibility at GovCIO

GovCIO is proud of the diverse and inclusive community we’ve created. We foster a warm and approachable work environment built upon empathy, collaboration, integrity, and mutual respect.

As a people-driven organization, we let our staff lead the charge towards change. By soliciting their feedback and including them in key operational decisions, we’ve moved from a culture of awareness to action and furthered our commitment to transparency and accountability. The diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives of GovCIO employees make us stronger as decision-makers, problem solvers, and innovators. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment that prioritizes belonging and collaboration.

To reflect this commitment, GovCIO has established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that support our employees while promoting engagement, empowerment, and a sense of community across the organization.
