Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Manager to be responsible for the overall contract performance . This position will be located in USAG Humphreys, South Korea and be an onsite position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all phases of the program from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the program. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning contractor schedules
- Reviewing work discrepancies; supervising contractor personnel
- Communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience managing DoD and IT related O&M support with
3+years of experience working in South Korea.
BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline.
Certification(s): PMI Project Management Professional (PMP),
Secret Clearance

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Pay range: $200,000 - $225,000 Annually
