Jim is an experienced executive within the government services space having split his career between operations and business development. Before taking over as CEO of GovCIO in October of 2020, he previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Camber Corporation, a $400m professional services firm owned by New Mountain Capital. Before Camber, he served as Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Galeos Group, LP, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Stanley Inc. (NYSE:SXE), a $900m publicly held, government services firm.
Joe joined GovCIO in October 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in growing, leading, and developing successful public and private equity backed enterprises that create significant shareholder value. Prior to GovCIO, he most recently served as CFO for Legends Hospitality; he has also been a senior executive for numerous federal government technology businesses, including Camber Corporation, Sotera Defense Solutions, and ManTech International Corporation.
Since joining GovCIO in 2016, Kristin has lead our Veteran-focused delivery portfolio, directly contributing to the rapid growth of the sector and significantly improving our overall delivery quality and customer satisfaction rates. Prior to joining GovCIO in 2016, she held key acquisition roles for the DoD and VA. She led numerous multimillion-dollar source selections with the U.S. Army and audit contracting actions overseas. At the VA, she served as chief of acquisition execution for the Office of Information and Technology, Product Development.
A retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Squadron Commander, and program manager, John has 30 years of strategic and corporate leadership experience. Leading our National Security Sector, John uses this expertise to build and maintain relationships, initiate growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across the U.S. Military, DHS, DCMA, and USSOCOM. Before GovCIO, John served as Vice President, Joint Commands, Defense Agencies, & U.S. Air Force at GDIT.
With over 25 years of experience developing and leading highly successful businesses and teams, Rebecca oversees program execution and growth for Health and Civilian Services. Under her leadership, our programs have delivered outstanding services and support, resulting in double-digit revenue and considerable profit growth. Prior to GovCIO, Rebecca served as Vice President for Growth, Civilian Division at GDIT.
Michael is president of GovCIO Media & Research. He joined the company in 2017 after leading Tandem National Security Innovations, a community of startups and small businesses working with government agencies. Before that, he served as managing editor for Military.com and spent five years as a defense reporter at Military Times and Defense News.
With significant experience providing executive leadership for strategic business capture and technology initiatives, Allen brings more than 20 years of federal technology and professional services experience to GovCIO. Building upon his experience and expertise, Allen collaborates with our sector presidents to deliver solutioning, capture, and proposal services that drive innovation and growth.
In his time with GovCIO, Steve has continually ensured that accountability and metrics are integral to the culture. In 2017, Steve joined GovCIO as Vice President, supporting the integration and various strategic initiatives across the company. Steve was with Information Innovators since 2011, serving as Vice President, Administration and EPMO.
With over 25 years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple industries, Hahn is responsible for building and uniting the company’s rapidly growing team. Prior to joining GovCIO, Hahn led Valiant Integrated Services as the Chief People & Diversity Officer. While at Valiant, the company was recognized as one of Newsweek’s Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces. Past experience also includes supporting the government services division at AECOM as the Vice President of Human Resources and at Deloitte as the Human Resources and Operations Manager.
John joined GovCIO in 2015 and brings more than 30 years of IT transformation, management and operations experience in both government and private sector organizations. In his time at GovCIO, John has led innovative technology initiatives supporting business development and IT operations. As CIO, John is modernizing corporate IT services focusing on migration to cloud solutions, elimination of data centers, service quality/efficiency, and support of company growth efforts. Before joining GovCIO, John served as Vice President of IT for the United States Postal Service leading all aspects of IT services nationwide.
