nder the Information Technology Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) family of contracts – TALON, FOCUS, and TOMCAT, the work entails providing enterprise IT management and support services for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The scope includes operating and maintaining TSA IT capabilities, designing and implementing TSA directed system and infrastructure changes, delivering service desk and field support, and providing program and performance management to support TSA’s mission requirements across domestic and select international locations. These services enable secure, reliable, and effective IT operations in support of TSA’s transportation security mission.
