Responsibilities
Working knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat and Lotus Notes or Outlook; Working knowledge of Internet navigation; Knowledge of basic budget projection principles; Ability to research training options, and make training reservations for staff customers; Ability to prepare and keep current staff attendance rosters for multiple teams; Knowledge of shipping via Federal Express and UPS utilizing Internet; Knowledge of general office equipment (usage of fax, copier, and LaserJet printers); Knowledge of receiving goods from delivery services.
Qualifications
High School with 5-8 years (or commensurate experience)
Full knowledge of the job. Moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job and its application.
Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Works under general supervision. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness and overall accuracy.
Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Failure to achieve results may cause delays in program schedules and may result in the allocation of additional resources.
