Overview

GovCIO is hiring a C4OPS SME to support the USFK USACIAS-P program in the Republic of Korea (South Korea). This position will be located at USAG Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Korea, and will be a fully onsite position. This position reports directly to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations in alignment with USACISA-P's program goals. Accountable for productivity and resource management. Monitors quality of service and performance targets in the most cost-effective manner. Researches and recommends relevant C4OPS industry best practices and security standards as defined by customer requirements and industry standards. Identifies opportunities for improvement in C4 Operations and develops related policies and action plans. Provides guidance to USACISA-P staff to resolve issues and reports to senior management. Requires broad knowledge of various functionalities within the area of C4 operations. Must have effective communication skills and exercise professional judgment.

  • Ensures C4 operations within the USACISA-P program are aligned with program objectives and performance goals.
  • Coordinates Program Managers and professional staff to adequately meet operational needs and expectations.
  • Serves as liaison with customers to resolve issues, receive feedback, and maintain positive client satisfaction.
  • Keeps abreast of industry best practices and trends, as well as new technologies, and then plans and advises during implementation.

Qualifications

High School with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Clearance Required: Secret
  • 15+ years in infrastructure systems support, networking, or tactical communications.


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing in a C4 operational environment supporting large DoD/DoW networks and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with C4I systems such as GCCS and CENTRIXS-K

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay range: $130,000 - $155,000 Annually
