Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for an Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator. This position will be located in Glynco, GA, and will be onsite position with potential for flexible telework options.

 

This role is part of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers’ (FLETC) Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) program providing the full range of IT services that support FLETC's mission. This work is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security systems, including badging and door access.
• Design, install, configure, administer, manage, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, test, monitor, and document the FLETC ESS environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
• High School diploma and 3 - 6 years of experience.

Expertise in server, database, storage and security technologies
• Experience with designing, installing, configuring, administering, managing, upgrading, troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, monitoring, and documenting an enterprise security system environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation

 

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with DHS and/or FLETC
Certifications related to physical security systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect certification) or equivalent experience
• No security clearance required; Secret Clearance Preferred

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay range: $75,000 - $95,000 Annually
