Overview
Responsibilities
Experience in implementing, reviewing, and updating Program Acquisition Logistics Support Plans, Statement of Work, System Safety Management Plan, and Integrated Support Plan.
Manage program deliverables. Participate in Configuration Review and Risk Review Boards, document reviews and lead the development of logistics deliverables Support installation, configuration, termination, and testing for all telecommunications equipment, cables, connectors, and interfaces. Works with engineering team to provide input, maintain and update 3D Models for new and existing platforms. Gather technical requirements, conduct site surveys and engage with clients, constructions crews, utility personnel, and various government departments. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for hardware, connectors and cable fabrication materials to support development for the Bill of Materials. Support Installation Design Package development, drawing reviews and updates Serves as a logistics expert for program initiatives.
Qualifications
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance: SECRET
BS degree in Business Management with fifteen (15) years of experience with facility installation designs, electronic systems, antennas, electromagnetic propagation and allied fields, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, Logistics Engineering support for C4ISR requirements, IDP development, clear understanding of SIPH and SPEG requirements. Ten (15) years of experience in research development, conducting system functional testing and evaluations, to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specifications, System Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test and Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics Support for C4ISR requirements. Testing and project experience from cradle to grave to include site surveys, testing plans, test and project execution. Fifteen (15) years of practical experience to include:
DAWAI Level II Certification Experience in implementing, reviewing, and updating Program Acquisition Logistics Support Plans, Statement of Work, System Safety Management Plan, and Integrated Support Plan. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity effectively. Lead a team of cross-functional professionals and maintain all aspects of project infrastructure.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Pay range: $135,000 - $145,000 Annually
