Creates compliant and compelling proposal content by thoroughly analyzing the solicitation requirements. Written topics can include past performance, management, personnel (including resumes and staffing), quality, and transition. Uses critical thinking skills to iteratively develop content and graphics using best practices such as storyboarding. Delivers required artifacts according to the schedule. Collaborates with other proposal team members to integrate win themes, discriminators, and strengths into assigned written sections. Ensures alignment of assigned section with proposal strategy and messaging. May create oral presentation slides on a variety of topics. At more senior levels, may serve as a section or volume lead, management solution architect, and/or an expert color team reviewer.

1. Writes proposal narratives that are responsive to requirements and highlights the strengths or benefits of our solution.
2. Develops or refines graphics that support our proposed solution.
3. Analyzes proposal requirements (including subsequent amendments), capture materials, reading room content, and/or openly available materials to integrate critical concepts and insights into the proposal narrative.
4. Revises proposal content based on iterative and color team feedback.
5. Meets or exceeds all proposal milestones and deadlines.


Bachelor’s with 0 – 2 years (or commensurate experience)
