Overview
Responsibilities
Develop tailored training programs, conduct assessments, and offer expert advice to enhance asset utilization and lifecycle management, specifically within the logistics domain
Develop customized training modules focused on logistics-centric asset management principles, strategies, and procedures aligned with RSNF's operational requirements
Assess current logistics asset management processes to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline logistics operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs
Provide expert guidance and advisory support to RSNF personnel on logistics-specific asset management, best practices, including inventory management, transportation optimization, and warehouse operations
Collaborate closely with logistics teams and other stakeholders to integrate asset management strategies into logistical planning and execution processes
Evaluate the effectiveness of logistics asset management training programs and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, logistics, and asset management best practices to improve training content and methodologies continuously
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5-8 yrs experience
Shall have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assigned program or position AND a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks - OR – ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks.
Shall have professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Pay range: $71,150 - $92,500 Annually
