Service Desk Lead (SME). Task 5, Subtask 1. Leads Tier 1 service desk support as part of the EPA EISD. Shares status, progress, and issues with the Service Desk Manager to maintain enterprise visibility. Works with Service Desk Manager and other Service Desk Leads to plan coverage. Monitors ticket and call queues to ensure tickets are worked and resolved in accordance with SLAs. Identifies trends to recommend improvements opportunities for automation and/or training. Tracks ticket and incident-related metrics and SLAs. Ensures proactive resolution of issues and other support requests such as just-in-time training. Coaches service desk personnel. Applies industry best practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and high quality service desk support. Oversees all aspects of end-user support through the service desk.




High School 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
