Responsibilities

· Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, implementation efforts

· Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, issues and data challenges

· Lead requirement gathering sessions Plan and facilitate workshops/interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into business plans/solutions

· Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance

· Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

· Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

· Experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements

· Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies

· Experience with JIRA

· Ability to analyze complex business process, identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues

· Analytical problem-solving approach

· Ability to work independently

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information

Desired Qualifications

· Strong SQL Skills and experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse projects a plus
