GovCIO Named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing 2024

Fairfax, Va. – Newsweek magazine has named GovCIO as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing for 2024. GovCIO received the highest possible rating (5 stars) based on a comprehensive, independent evaluation that represented over 250,000 employees and 1.5 million company reviews collected in 2022 and 2023.

In cooperation with Plant-A Insights Group and PrivCo, Newsweek’s methodical approach identified and documented key indicators related to how often employees feel emotionally and psychologically supported in the workplace. This approach examined factors such as corporate mental health programs and social media ratings of work-life balance.
